Therefore I consider myself a personal trainer for my students. Helping them strengthen their skillset through support, challenges, and practice. When they feel like they can't do something I remind them they can." Ms. Adam lives in Boston with her husband and their dog, Goodie. She has 2 grown children, a daughter, Maya and a son, Casey. email
