Matthew Johnston, World Languages Teacher
(He, Him, His)

Mateo Johnston lives in Hyde Park and is from Charlestown. He graduated from Fenway High School in 2000, and went to college at George Washington University in D.C. He majored in Spanish Language & Literature and minored in History focusing on Latin America. He has lived in D.C., Spain, Puerto Rico and Roxbury. He is a founding member of the design team for Boston Green Academy. Since 2014, he has worked with colleagues to lead International Service Learning Adventures (ISLA) on six trips, to the Dominican Republic, Spain, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
