Ms. Castillo studied English Literature at UMass Boston where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree and went on to study Curriculum and Instruction at Boston College where she earned her Masters in Education with an emphasis on Urban Education. Ms. Castillo is a BPS graduate as well as a first generation college grad.
