I grew up and attended school in the Midwest (Go Buckeyes!) and moved to Boston in 2019 to serve with City Year. I have always had a passion for working with students, but I felt an especially powerful connection to the students, educators and communities of the Boston Public School system. I knew that my two years of service would not be the end of my time with BPS, and am thrilled to join the Boston Green Academy community this year as a Teaching Assistant as I learn and grow towards becoming a classroom teacher!
