Marlena Cesar-Mendez, LICSW is a bi-lingual, multi-cultural clinical social worker with several years of experience and leadership in the field. Her experience includes working with children, youth, families and adults in medical outpatient settings, medical inpatient settings, school-based settings, and community-based settings. Marlena is dedicated to providing culturally competent care and trauma-informed care to our community. As a Latina she is committed to dismantling oppressive systems by advocating for racial and health equity.
