Additional courses include:

Foundations of Math (Algebra 1A or Advanced Algebra 1A) for students that require additional support, AP Calculus, AP Environmental Science, AP English Language and Composition, Wellness, and electives (Journalism and  Psychology). Students with disabilities may take substantially separate courses as required by their IEPs and are often enrolled in the Learning Center (Study Skills) for one period per day. All students take a full schedule, including three Support and Enrichment classes per semester. All students participate in publicly-judged Exhibitions in Humanities, Math, Science and World Languages as part of BGA’s commitment to authentic assessment and project-based learning. Exhibition projects will form the backbone of portfolios that students must complete to graduate in future years.  Dual enrollment opportunities are available to our upperclassmen at Bunker Hill Community College and the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology.
